Amendments sought are the retention of a temporary, non-structural timber safety barrier to ensure safety while the terrace remains unused, and thereafter the permanent privacy screen shall be installed and retained as approved once the necessary freeholder consent has been obtained and the funds to undertake the works have been secured.
