Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning application ref: 2023/01034/LBC granted 3rd September 2024 to allow amendments to the approved drawings to include: external amendments comprising the installation of a new access door to rear elevation, new aov at roof level to service residential lobby at the third floor, internal amendments comprising of new partition at rear of the ground floor to separate the residential and commercial floorspace, reconfiguration of the cycle store provided at the rear of ground floor including relocation of storage door and partition, relocation of riser on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors for plumbing services and removal of previous obsolete riser from 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, allow additional space to residential units, new services room on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor within lobby area to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire services, new ventilating smoke shaft at 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor levels to service the residential units, reconfiguration of flats 01.01, 02.01 and 03.01 to provide wheelchair accessible ensuite to bedroom 1, reconfiguration of flat 03.02 by replacing the combined KDL with bedroom 2, provision of seal and locked 60-minute fire door to lift, changes in the unit mix of flats 03.01 and 03.02 from 2B3P units to 2B4P units, reconfiguration of the storage space for bedrooms 01 on the 1st and 2nd floor apartments 01.01 and 02.01, replacement of storage space to bedroom 01 of flats 01.02, 02.02 and 03.02 with ensuite.
