Amendments sought to Condition 2 to include changing the material finish on the flat roof extension to a single ply membrane with standing seam profile and the installation of 2 no. skylights, alterations to lower ground rear elevation to include installation of double door to the bedroom in lieu of the previously proposed window and adjacent window blank recess, re-sizing and repositioning of the dormer window on the western roofslope, and amendment to the wording of Condition 7 (Amended Description).
