Non-material amendment to planning permission reference: 2023/00143/FUL dated 15th September 2023 for the 'Alterations to the external facade to include replacement of existing spandrel panel colour from light grey to beige grey, and replacement of existing exterior stair tower colour from black to beige grey.' Amendment sought to change the wording of Condition 3 to 'The development hereby approved shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the materials details (including colour and finish) specified below: Cladding - Spandrel Panels Glass in Beige Grey Colour. The development shall be permanently retained in accordance with the approved details. Any works of making good to existing elevations shall be carried out in materials to match the elevation to which the works relate. To ensure a satisfactory external appearance, in accordance with Policies DC1, DC4 and DC8 of the Local Plan (2018).'
