T1 rear garden - Lime (Tilia x europa - Fell to ground level, remove all arisings. Tree has cavity approx. 1.5m from ground level up main stem. Main stem above cavity also hollow, extending 2.5-3m up from cavity. Decay looks like it also extends below ground level, into root system. Although good reaction wood around cavity, client worried tree may fail.
