The minor material amendments proposed consist of the variation of Condition 2 to allow for changes to the approved drawings to accommodate design changes including: the omission of the approved retail unit to Hammersmith Road and enlargement of the plaza; omission of the eastern elevation terraces from the 2nd to 8th floor; reduction in the size of the 11th floor terrace; reconfiguration of the plant screen; replacement of 11th floor Brise Soleil with aluminium portals; reconfiguration of ground floor parking layout, bin stores and motorcycle spaces; alterations to internal layout; changes to approved landscaping; retention of reconfigured Shortlands building fire escape.' Amendments to include installation of 2no louvre panels at third floor level to the southern elevation.
