Submission of details of a remediation method statement, pursuant to Condition 11; and details of a noise assessment for approval of external noise levels incl. reflected and re-radiated noise and details of the sound insulation of the building envelope, orientation of serviced apartment rooms away from major noise sources if required and of acoustically attenuated mechanical ventilation as necessary to achieve internal room- and (if provided) external amenity noise standards in accordance with the criteria of BS8233:2014, pursuant to Condition 18 of planning permission reference: 2016/04044/FUL dated 26th March 2018.
