Submission of details of the postal addresses of the new units, pursuant to Condition 30; and a scheme to ensure that all occupiers of three of the new flats (Nos. 4, 7 and 8), other than those with disabilities who are blue badge holders, have no entitlement to parking permits from the Council and to ensure that occupiers are informed, prior to occupation, of such restriction, pursuant to Condition 32 of planning permission reference: 2018/03682/FUL dated 28th February 2019.
