It is touching buildings and massively encroaching upon the neighbour's house, garden and trees. Suggested work:- reduce the height back to previous reduction points equating to a height and lateral growth reduction of 5-6m - remove Virginia creeper from the crown T2 - Magnolia x 1(Magnolia spp) This magnolia has not previously been reduced and now require a crown reduction and the canopy thinned. Suggested work: - reduce the height by 1.5m - reduce the lateral growth by 1m - thin remaining canopy to create dappled light onto the garden T3 - Magnolia x 1(Magnolia spp) This magnolia has not previously been reduced and now require a crown reduction and the canopy thinned. Suggested work: - reduce the height by 1.5m - reduce the lateral growth by 1m - thin remaining canopy to create dappled light onto the garden T4 - Holly x 1 (Ilex aquifolium) The bush has grown untamed. It needs reshaping. Suggested work: - reduce the height by 2.5-3m - trim back lateral growth by 0.4m to create tighter shape
