Change of use of 6-10 Southcombe Street and 31 Vernon Street from Office Use (Use Class E(g)(i)) to a School (Use Class F1(a)) and associated alterations to the buildings including the installation of a metal screen across the entrance to 31 Vernon Street, installation of door access controls, installation of a steel door and louvres in the Southcombe Street lightwell, installation of external canopies, resurfacing of internal courtyards and installation of photovoltaic panels to the second floor roof. Installation of ANPR and CCTV cameras to lamp column on Vernon Street to the front of No. 22 Vernon Street, lamp column on Munden Street to the side of No. 117-119 Hammersmith Road and lamp column on Southcombe Street to the side of No. 97 Hammersmith Road to facilitate exclusion policy for vehicles associated with school use ('Car Exclusion Zone').
