Variation of wording of condition 7 of planning permission ref: 2017/04730/FUL granted 8th February 2018 for the 'Erection of part one part two storey rear extension to the side and rear of the existing back addition at lower and upper ground floor levels; erection of an external staircase to the rear elevation from upper to lower ground floor level; installation of a door to the extended rear elevation at upper ground floor level to provide access to the proposed staircase; installation of an obscured glazed window to the side the elevation of the back addition at upper ground floor level' to read as follows: 'Other than the area marked as a landing on the proposed upper ground floor plan, neither the remainder of roof of the single storey extension or the roof of the first floor extension hereby approved shall be used as a roof terrace or other form of open amenity space. No alterations shall be carried out; nor chattels placed on the roofs in connection with their use as a roof terrace or other form of open amenity space, save for planters that are connected to an irrigation system, are limited in height to 600mm above the level of the flat roof, and are not fixed into the roof. No railings or other means of enclosure shall be erected on the roofs, and no alterations shall be carried out to the rear elevation of the application property to form access onto the roofs.'
