Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2017/00632/FUL granted 13th April 2017, as varied by 2018/01414/VAR granted on the 12th July 2018, for the "Change of use from an English language school (Class D1) at first and second floor levels into 8 self-contained flats; erection of a roof extension involving an increase in the ridge height including rooflights to no. 676 Fulham Road and rear extension at second floor level to no. 678 Fulham Road; formation of roof terraces at first, second and third floor level; installation and replacement windows and doors; replacement of extract flue; installation louver screening ac units at ground floor level; associated external alterations to fenestration of the building". Amendments to allow for: 1) Formation of access door and erection of a 1.7m high obscure glass privacy screen around the flat roof at 2nd/3rd floor mezzanine level to the rear elevation, in connection with its use as a roof terrace 2) Removal of the central chimney stack on the front slope 3) Insertion of vents flush with the flat roof at third floor level 4) Raising the floor in front of the entrance from Rostrevor Road and installation of 1.4m wrought iron gate and railings.
