Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to provide material amendments to planning permission reference: 2020/01354/FUL dated 30th September 2020 for the "Change of use from a youth club to a mixed use development of classes B1(a) and C3(a) creating 2no. new office spaces and 3no. new dwellinghouses; demolition of existing lean-to extensions; partial demolition of external walls; reinstatement of original window openings; erection of new single storey side extensions; erection of metal clad dormer extensions and installation new rooflights in the existing roof." Amendments sought are moving part of the east wall and altering a window on that elevation with the result of increasing the ground floor amenity space to Unit 3.
