Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2017/04193/FUL dated 12th January 2018 for the "Erection of a rear roof extension; installation of 2no. rooflights in the front roofslope; erection of a bin and bike store enclosure to the side elevation; installation of a lightweight wall cantilevered door entrance canopy on the front elevation; installation of new larger doors to replace the existing doors at ground floor level to the rear elevation; and excavation of part of the front and rear gardens to form lightwells, in connection with the enlargement of the existing basement." Amendments sought are the omission of new Velux skylight in proposed front elevation; addition of AOV smoke vent in flat roof in dormer extension, above the stairs; addition of RWPs in rear dormer and side elevation; addition of Telescopic bollards; addition of new bin storage; back garden layout change; and addition of condensing units in acoustic enclosure in the back garden.
