Minor material amendment in the enlargement of the rear terrace approved by planning application reference: 2017/00356/FUL allowed under appeal ref: APP/H5390/W/17/3175261 dated 13th September 2017 and planning application reference: 2020/02238/NMAT approved 22nd September 2020 for the "Erection of rear extensions at lower and upper ground floor levels and relocation of existing staircase." Amendment sought is the enlargement of the rear terrace extending it to a depth of 2450mm from the rear of the approved extension; erection of a timber fence above the existing low-level garden wall on the boundary between 73 and 75 Harwood Road; and erection of a glass balustrade to the edge of the terrace to the two other sides.
