Variation of wording of condition 6 of planning permission ref: 2016/04962/FUL granted 18th May 2017 for the 'Erection of an additional floor in connection with creation of 2 x one bedroom self-contained residential (C3) flats, formation of roof terraces at first and second floor level to the rear of the property with associated privacy screens and erection of guarding rails above the flat roof of first floor rear back addition', to state the following: The windows hereby approved on the front elevation shall be timber framed, double sliding sashes and painted white, and so be maintained. The windows and doors hereby approved to the rear elevation shall be grey uPVC windows and shall be so maintained.
