Proposed amendment to Condition 4 is to extend the external seating area use to include Sundays and Bank Holidays to read: "The external seating area hereby permitted, including the part under the external shelter, shall only be occupied and used between the hours of 10:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, and 10:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays."
