Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2020/00189/FUL dated 25th March 2020 for the "Erection of a rear roof extension, including the installation of two dormer windows to the side and rear, French doors and a Juliette balcony; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, on top of the existing back addition; installation of 3no. rooflights in the front roofslope; repositioning of front entrance door; and installation of French doors and a panel to replace existing door and window to the rear elevation at ground floor level, replacement of a window at first floor level and replacement of existing glazed roof lantern to the roof of an existing extension at ground floor level." Amendments sought are an increase to the ridge height of the approved rear roof extension by 300mm; replacement of the French doors and Juliette balcony to the approved rear roof extension with a timber frame double glazed sash window, removal of dormer window to the rear elevation of the proposed dormer pod extension over the roof of the existing back addition and the removal of 1no. rooflight to the principle elevation.
