Alterations and extensions (ground floor to roof level) to the Pavilion Building (Plot G2) including: additional ground floor entrances; external metal escape stair connecting levels 1 and 2; fire rating of levels 1 and 2 facades; erection of roof extension and lightweight canopy structure over part of the existing building at third floor level, including installation of glass balustrading and associated landscaping, in connection with the provision of an outdoor seating area; new staircase connecting levels 2 to 3, erection barrier around private forecourt at ground floor level, and associated landscaping works, in connection with use of the forecourt for outdoor seating in association with the restaurant use (Class A3).
