Variation of Condition 2 to allow material amendments to the approved drawings of planning permission reference:: 2017/04194/FUL dated 22nd December 2017 for the "Erection of a front and rear roof extension, involving an increase in the ridge height by 300mm; new pitched roof above bay window; installation of 3no. rooflights in the flat roof of the main roof; erection of a rear extension at second floor level over part of the existing back addition; erection of a rear extension at first floor level over part of the existing back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension to the side and rear of the existing back addition; and excavation of the front garden and part of the rear garden to form lightwells, in connection with the creation of a new basement ." AC Condenser Units to the flat roof of the main roof; opening of existing/original small WC window with obscure glazing; addition of a rooflight to the second floor pod extension; and amendments to the rear elevation of the second floor pod extension to increase glazing as per the neighbouring property 18 Marville Road.
