Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2017/02502/VAR granted 19th July 2016 to allow amendments to the approved drawings to include: central part of the parapet will be lowered by 300mm, re-instatement of timber panelling, all windows changed to horizontal mullioned windows, window colour changed to RAL colour 9005 Jet black, horizontal and vertical rendered bands at front elevation removed, solid timber doors to be replaced by powder coated aluminium doors (RAL 9005 JET Black), front timber front gate will be constructed with powder coated metal frame with metal lattice RAL 9005 Jet Black, existing sign will be removed and replaced by new metal sign at the front gate, living room window of Unit 4 at second floor location updated, bathroom window of Unit 5 at second floor level reduced in size, living room window of Unit 7 at third floor location updated and glass balustrade at first and second floor level to the rear elevation changed to powder coated metal railings RAL 90.
