Outline permission is sought (all matters reserved) for 2-4 storey (Class C3) dwellings including basement (Plot F) and two x 4-9 storey buildings to provide residential use & up to 860 sqm flexible A1/A3/A4/B1 floorspace (Plot H), with associated public routes & spaces, landscaping, car & cycle parking & demolitions.
