The proposed works are to repair rainwater goods and roof slates that have been missing and broken as thus: (1) Repair & replace broken rainwater pipe on North Chancel roof elevation / Remove all vegetation growth from same elevation, repair all broken and loose roof slates and repair rainwater pipe on North Transept. (2) Repair & replace broken and defunct rainwater pipes (x3) on East elevation of the Church / link / Clergy building (3) Repair loose lead flashing at the top of East Elevation (4) Repair missing stretch of guttering to stop rainwater seeping into the bricks causing damp issues within the church sanctuary elevation. Relevant scaffolding designs have been produced and these will according to the design plans to allow for effective delivery of the works. These have all been detailed in the attached "Scope of Works" docent that will be attached to this application
