Like-for-like replacement of the timber door surround due to rot. 5. Like-for-like replacement of an existing sash window with a double-glazed solid timber reproduction due to rot and heat loss. 6. Replacement of the existing timber and glass door with a solid hardwood reproduction. Exterior (South and West Elevations): 1. Like-for-like replacement of the existing French door with triple-glazed units to address heat loss. 2. Like-for-like replacement of 2 existing sash windows with double-glazed solid timber reproductions to address heat loss. 3. Replacement of the timber and glass door with triple-glazed bifold glass doors to address heat loss. 4. Replacement of timber-framed skylights with Velux double-glazed units (north-facing roof) to address heat loss. 5. Installation of Velux double-glazed skylights (south-facing roof). 6. Repairs and restoration of cracked render on the south and west-facing walls. Interior: 1. Installation of an insulated sub-floor over the existing concrete screed floor. 2. Installation of insulated sub-walls and ceilings. 3. Replacement of the existing wood-burning stove and flue pipe. 4. Reconfiguration of partition walls for an open-plan layout, including bathroom, kitchen/living room, and bedroom. 5. Replacement of the existing electrical system. 6. Replacement of the existing gas heating system.
