Hello, I am writing regarding an extraction flue we installed at the rear of Arch 395, Mentmore Terrace. Our company, e5 Bakehouse is a bakery which has been operating at Arch 395 since 2011. We have always extracted through the rear wall of the building into our private backyard. The flue simply exited the wall with a cover over the face of it. The sound of the fan in the backyard was noticeable to us when we were sitting outside having a break and so we added an upstand onto the exit. This measures 3700mm tall x 70 mm wide.
