Hi there, I hope I have come through to the correct department or please advise if it is different. We are looking to install the least disruptive heating and cooling solution into the Grade II listed building 9 Broadway Market, London E8 4PH we are currently tenants of. As an employer we have the responsibility of creating safe and comfortable working conditions for our teams, and whilst respecting the heritage of the building we have researched what form of heating and cooling would cause the least disruption, whilst remaining apologetic to the buildings listed status, fixtures and fittings, history and aesthetic. The solution we have found is a condenser unit fixed to the exterior of the property that comes through to the interior at a size of approximately 70mm, which is the equivalent of approximately 2 interior tiles maximum inside the property. This heating and cooling solution would cause the least amount of disturbance to the original features as possible. Please see supporting photographs attached. During the initial refurbishment of the store we had a successful licence to alter application number 2023/0943, and I wanted to enquire whether these works mentioned would be covered within this already successful application or whether I would need to reapply? Please see application attached I hope the application covers the above mentioned and we can arrange for it to be installed prior to winter.
