Removal of wrongly applied weatherstruck pointing from the front of the property and replacement with appropriate flush pointing. Possible replacement of pointing to the rear of the property and replacement with appropriate pointing. Installation of appropriate new hopper head and downpipe to the rear wll of the building, (previous inadequate plastic hopper head and downpipe already removed). Repair to valley roof, leaking zinc gullies replaced with lead throughout. Externally, repainting of railings, window frames and reveals, front door and surrounds. Internally, repairs to water damaged ceilings front and back top floor. These were repainted and repaired to match the originals.
