The tree is leaning and causing damage to the property (drain, gutter, roof, foundations and fire escape).Branches are reaching the roof and gutters whereby squirrels are accessing the loft. Damage to the water tank, insulation, wiring and timber.The tree could also be a danger if it fell in strong winds.
