The works consist of the removal and disposal of all of the existing timber framed windows and replacement with new PVC double glazed units. The colour, profile and fenestration will match the existing windows. Replace/renew roofs, renew coverings insulation to bring existing up to current standards, with existing slates and finishes to be retained and re-used where possible. Renew lead flashings with like for like replacements. Front doors will also be renewed with like for like replacements to match the existing. Works will also comprise of internal refurbishments, including strip down of walls and re-plaster, installation of internal flat entrance fire doors, decorative improvements to walls, ceilings and carpets.
