Refurbishment of 5-15 Sun Street with roof extension and three storey rear extension (plus basement) to provide a 32 bed hotel (Class c1), Class A3 restaurant, Sui Generis clubhouse and hotel courtyard. Refurbishment and extension of 54 Wilson Street to provide a 7 storey (plus basement) office building (Class B1) with flexible office/retail (Class b1/A1/A3) at ground floor level. Provision of vehicle access, public courtyard, amenity space, car parking, with associated plant and works. The application is subject to the submission of an Environmental Statement pursuant to the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011.
