An application submitted under Section 96a of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a non-material amendment in connection with the planning permission dated 23/04/2025 (Reference: 23/2747/F) for "Partial demolition of the existing building and addition of rear, third floor of accommodation, and basement extensions with retention of the existing front fa‡ade, gable ends and part of the rear fa‡ade for a change of use from Sui Generis to provide a care home (Use Class C2), with parking, access, landscaping and other associated works.' to make the following changes:- Relocate the basement to underneath the new build projecting rear wing;- Relocate lift core to rear wing with associated inclusion of lift overrun structure at roof level.- Amend the wording of condiitons 38 and 39 to change the timing for the submission of information.
