Submission of details pursuant to condition 1 of PP ref 22/2400/TP dated 24/8/22 - replacement tree - Morus alba 'Fruitless', 225cm stem, 10-12cm girth, containerised (35 litre pot) in the same location as the silver birch to be removed; if they remove the silver birch in time, I would propose to plant the replacement tree before next March, at latest. I realise that Condition 1 (a) stipulates a 3 metre tree; with a 225cm stem I would expect the proposed tree to be approximately 2.5 metres It has been difficult to find a 3 metre example of a species which satisfies the other requirements of the site (particularly the issue with water demand), so any understanding on this would be much appreciated.
