An application submitted under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a minor material amendment in connection with the planning permission 20/2034/HD, dated 9/12/2020, for 'construction of a part-one part-two storey rear extension, replacement of existing windows and doors, the installation of roof lights in north and east elevations, replacement of the existing tiled roof, removal of some windows and relocation of the door in the southern elevation, widening of vehicle entrance through removal of existing hedge, removal of chimney and removal of existing palm trees' to allow for the Variation of the Approved Scheme Drawings (Condition 2) to allow for the provision of two additional rooflights as well as a replacement of one with a new conservation style, all at main roof level. Clarification is also sought on the detailing of Condition 3 relating to which windows required the addition of glazing bars, so as to match the existing windows.
