An application submitted under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a minor material amendment in connection with Planning Ref: 16/2478/F dated 03 May 2017 for the Construction of a part 1/part 2 storey rear and side extension; demolition of the existing garage and construction of a two storey sideextension; formation of a loft conversion with the installation of a rear dormer and 3 rooflights and excavation of the basement. to allow:- Variation of Condition 1 (plans and specification) - Single storey side extension height extended from 3.1m to 3.5m-Alterations reduction of height to first floor side window as a result of the increase side extension height -Replacement of ground floor window to door on rear side elevation. -Replacement of ground floor window to door on rear elevation-Installation of one roof light to as approved rear extension -Replacement of one window to first floor rear elevation to two windows-Increase of depth of part of as approved rear extension by 1m to create a levelled out flush facade; -French doors/balcony removed and replaced with bifolding doors on eastern rear elevation as a result of extension being extended 1m-External basement stair to be removed-Various internal alterations-Installation of new front porch canopy with oversized front door (Re-consultation due to amended plans and description).
