T1 - Sessile Oak- Remove to Ground level - Removal of the heavily suppressed sessile oak with the bark-included junction is advised to eliminate the risk associated with that structurally weak junction, reduce intra-group competition and improve spacing within the group, which will support the long-term condition of the remaining trees and help keep risk within broadly acceptable levels. T2 - Monterey Pine - It is recommended that the leaning branch from the Monterey pine that extends above the neighbouring garden is pruned back to remove the over-extended section over the adjoining property and reduce the lever arm acting on the branch union, thereby lowering the risk of branch failure into the neighbouring garden while maintaining a balanced crown where practicable this is approximately 1.5 metres in length.
