magnolia adjacent to building in birks, tree is restricted in situ, there are plans to develop the building as part of that UoE would like to prune and transport the magnolia to another location with in the site. this sprig post flowering we would like to reduce canopy by up to 2/3rds to encourage epicormic growth. In autumn to excavate the root place using an air spade. the tree will then be crane out of its location and placed in the new planting location to be specified tree will be angered with suitable ground system and ideal growing medium used making sure no air gaps in root plate Close monitoring and after care by UoE ground Staff
