Non-material amendment to Ref: 17/04615/FUL to allow a fire-rated enclosure to the communal staircase to create a protected stair, together with a mechanical smoke shaft serving the dead-end corridor areas, internal layout modifications to accommodate the evacuation lift and associated secondary power supplies, additional changes include the formation of dividing lobbies to the ground floor lift area and upgrades to the bin store and service cupboard doors to provide the required fire-rated enclosures.
