Partial and retrospective discharge of condition 24 (Construction Management plan) and 25 (Construction Site Waste Management Plan) of 17/01178/FUL, relating ONLY to the digging of a trench to the future foundations of the consented North stand; installation of the approved pitch and related drainage infrastructure (subject to approved details submitted in condition 14 of Ref 17/01178/FUL); and regrading of surrounding landscaped bunds, as part of the approved Formation of outdoor educational facility comprising ground works to form a nature reserve/ecological enhanced area together with erection of a single storey detached building with basement for education, sports and leisure uses, a 4-pitch Multi Use Sports Pitch with spectator stands and floodlighting, associated car parking and ancillary works. ALL parts of Conditions 24 and 25 shall be submitted and discharged in writing by the local planning authority prior to ALL other works not directly addressed in discharge description associated with the approved development under Ref 17/01178/FUL.
