The Application also seeks to part discharge Condition 26 (Arboricultural Method Statement) of IP/16/00608/OUT in relation to Phase 4a. IP/16/00608/OUT was an EIA development and an Environmental Statement was submitted with the application under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 (as amended) (Revised Description).
