Discharge of Condition No 4 of DC/20/1342/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Works include demolition of single storey extension to rear of listed building and erection of replacement single storey extension with roof terrace above. Conversion of first floor and attic of listed building to single flat/maisonette. Enlargement of 2 No. dormers and insertion of 2 No. proposed rooflights to rear of listed building. Insertion of new doorset behind existing doorset to front of listed building. Reinstatement of personnel door to side of listed building. Recladding/thermal upgrading of external walls where necessary. Insertion of new window and entrance to rear of listed building. Making good hard landscaping and boundary fence. Conversion of existing outbuilding to utility area, store and customer/staff WC. Creation of new opening in existing wall to allow access from shop to tearoom - Prior to the insertion of the dormer windows and and windows and doors large scale drawings of the new dormers and large scale joinery details of the windows and doors shall have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Only the approved details shall be implemented.
