Replacing because it has out-grown its position: it now overhangs the road too much, and the roots are damaging the nearby wall, which has since crumbled. We wish to replace it with 1 x Mahonia tree and a mixture of smaller hedges: 4 x Elder, Hawthorn and Viburnam Lantana. We will also re-build the wall to ensure a good appearance is restored.
