New planting - There is a small oak tree already growing within 1 meter of the existing tree which will be kept, there is already a hedge which will be kept. Reason for cutting down - The tree roots are affecting the mains water supply, are lifting the pavement and is overgrown. I have been ordered by the Estate Management to remove the problematic tree.
