Fell one Ash tree and one Beech tree; crown reduce one Magnolia tree, all situated within a conservation area. Magnolia Tree to rear of house; this tree has outgrown its position and branches are interfering with the power and phone lines above, it has also been significantly reduced in the past, and much of the height is regrowth from these old wound sites, it is proposed to reduce the crown by 25%, cutting back to suitable pruning points.
