Works include stopping up of section of highway on Altyre Road and subway to No.1 Croydon, 12-16 Addiscombe Road under Section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended)" to allow the change in affordable housing from London Living Rent and Shared Ownership to Discount Market Rent.
