Reason: To ensure that the appearance of the development is satisfactory Conditions(s) Removal: The condition was discharged with the Quartz Zinc cladding The condition needs to be changed as due to covid the project has suffered financial loss and can not afford zinc roof due to the high cost therefore the applicant would like to propose Thrutone Sooth : colour Blue- Black from Cedral which is a close match to the approved materials (details are attached in the application )
