Variation of conditions 1 (Approved drawings), 3 (Details of hard & soft Landscaping) and 5 (Details of parking, refuse and boundary treatment) pursuant to permission 17/03743/FUL for demolition of existing buildings and erection of three/four storey building with basement and accommodation in roofspace comprising a 60 bedroom care home and a two storey building with accommodation in roofspace comprising 3 two bedroom flats, formation vehicular access and provision of parking and associated landscaping. The amendments being sought include alterations to the layout and detailing of windows, introduction of a dormer window, alterations to the basement, and minor changes to the floor plans including the reduction in the number of bedrooms from 60 to 59. The rewording of conditions 3 and 5 to reflect that these details have already been approved. Condition Number(s): Condition 1, 3 and 5 Conditions(s) Removal: To consolidate and achieve consistency between all approvals made by the Local Planning Authority with the scheme revisions originally proposed under the previous (first) S73 Application.
