Install a steel beam to external gable end to create a new utility room and entrance in the existing brick/ block shed. This steel will be used to remove the lower brickwork of the gable end. The existing shed wall will be raised to allow the installation of the existing back door lintel and the roof will be removed and replaced with a new warm roof with roof light/ window. Remove the timber fence and replace with a brick wall to match the rest of the street.
