This tree is in decline with a sparse canopy which grows at an angle directly overhanging the footpath. T4 - Sycamore - Prune to clear the building by 2m and remove epicormic growth up to 4m. T5 - Sycamore - Remove low branch growing towards the building for long term clearance. T6 - Cherry - Crown reduce and reshape by 2-3m to give clearance from building and lessen the windsail of the tree due to low decay/cavity on the stem. T7 - Lime - Remove major deadwood, is located in a high use public area. T8 - Lime - Fell as close to ground level as practical. Low decay present at twin stemmed union on lower stem. Located close to historic building, would require regular pruning as this tree has basal defects recommend removing and re-planting a tree with greater clearance from the building.
