The works will seek to retain a balanced and natural crown form while maintaining the health and structural integrity of the tree. Any dead, damaged, diseased or otherwise unsuitable branches identified during the works may also be removed where appropriate. The works are required to provide the necessary clearance from the building to facilitate construction activities and crane operations, while retaining the tree in a safe, healthy and structurally appropriate condition. All works will be undertaken by competent arboricultural operatives in accordance with the accompanying RAMS and good arboricultural practice. Larger branches will be lowered in a controlled manner using suitable arboricultural rigging equipment where required.
