Non-material amendment pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to allow for the introduction of a phasing condition to allow for the development to be phased and to amend Condition 52 (Floorspace Figures) and Condition 54(Approved Drawings) of planning permission 24/01156/FULMAJ dated 16th May 2025 to allow for design changes to: (i) internal layouts, (ii) façade and elevation alterations, (iii) the massing at level 09, (iv) the cycle parking entrance and fire escape, (v) façade alterations to the level 11 pavilion, (vi) enlarged terrace at level 10, (vii) additional rooftop plant, (viii) structural changes (ix) alterations to lighting on Moor Lane and (x) all associated works.
